Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been processed or shipped yet. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Personalized or customized orders cannot be cancelled at any point.

We accept returns only for items damaged during transit. To be eligible, you must report the damage within 3 business days of delivery, along with an unedited unboxing video and photos as proof.

Personalized or customized hampers are not eligible for return under any circumstances, even in cases of transit damage. Please inspect these carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if there's an issue.
